1. 2. In view of the above, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to cross-examine the complainant if the complainant is examined before the Court.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the instant CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
