This is the first bail application filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 35/2016 registered at Police Station- Kotwali, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in inadvertently the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 applicant has moved anticipatory bail application directly before this Hon’ble Court without filing any application before the trial Court concerned and as such he seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application to file anticipatory bail application before the trial Court concerned. 3. In view of the above submission, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the applicant. 4.
