Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioner’s representation, the Police registered a case in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the Doravarisatram Police Station, SPSR Nellore District for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 448, 427, 380, 213 read with 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C and took up the investigation. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that the Police did not registered FIR though complaint was forwarded to the Police by the learned Magistrate. 4. Now in the light of the light of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4 5.
