This Court does not find any necessity to issue any direcons to the trial Court concerned considering the fact that suit itself was filed in March, 2025. Giving any direcon to the trial Court at this stage would just amount to create pressure upon it. The trial Court will however make efforts to dispose of the pending applicaon(s) expediously by keeping in view the total pendency of cases before it. Disposed of.
