The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner case. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 Tehsildar, Raigarh to con- sider and decide the application for grant of permis- sion of sell and supply the certificate of 22 points in- formation showing four boundaries of the land bearing Khasra No. 179/4 Rakba 2.023 hectare situated in village Sapnai Tah & Distt. Raigarh to the petitioner as per law. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be further pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 Tehsildar Raigarh to supply the necessary certificate of 22 Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.10.28 11:30:50 +0530 2 points information of subject land mentioned in the application to the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 Any other order that the Hon’ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case be also passed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in need of money as she is old woman of 92 years and she wants to sell the land to other person for personal reasons. Therefore she has also submitted an application to the respondents and the application has not been considered and decided by the respondent authorities till date. The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent authority to consider and decide the application of the petitioner and also for a direction to the respondent No. 3 Tahsildar, Raigarh District Raigarh to supply the certificates of 22 points information showing four boundary walls of the land bearing Khasra No. 179/4 total Rakba 2.023 hect. Situated in the village Sapnai, Tah. & District Raigarh. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the petition and the submission made in this respect. 4. Looking to the age of the petitioner i.e. 90 years old and also taking into consideration the fact that an application dated 21.08.2025 was moved by the petitioner for issuance of the 22-point certificate, but the same has not been decided and the aforesaid certificate has not been issued, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the aforesaid application and issue an appropriate certificate preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
