Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may very kindly be allowed and judgment dated 02.12.2023 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Dehra, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh 111 Civil Misc No. appeal 22/G/XIV/2023/2022 titled Mansha Devi v. Dharampal and others, whereby order dated 15.12.2021 passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Court No. 1, Dehra, District Kangra. Himachal Pradesh in CMA No. 13 of 2020 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in Civil Suit No. 12 of 2020, may kindly be set aside and application filed by the plaintiffs under Order XXXIX, rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure may kindly be dismissed.” 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that now the instrument of partition also stands prepared. 3.
