To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and mandamus or any other writ or order directing the Respondent to immediately release the Petitioner’s personal gold jewellery seized on 21.02.2024; B. To pass direction to the Respondents to waive the warehouse charges accrued due to their inaction and failure to release the jewellery even after Order-in-Appeal dated 26.09.2025 passed in CC (A) CUS/DI/Airport/1095/2025-26 which allowed the release of detained jewellery;” 2. Learned Counsel representing the parties have agreed that ‘Prayer A’ has become infructuous as the gold jewelry has already been released to the Petitioner. 3. With regard to ‘Prayer B’, learned Counsel representing the Petitioner submits that he is entitled to refund of warehouse charges for the period when Revision and Review Petitions remain pending, after the Appeal was allowed in favor of Petitioner. 4.
