1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“i. To kindly quash the impugned order dated 06.01.2025 (Annexure-P/1) with respect to the transfer of petitioner from Tahsil Bilaigarh to Tahsil Baramkela (C.G.). ii. To kindly give direction of the respondents to consider the posting of the petitioner at Bilaigarh or nearby place. iii. To kindly direct the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner looking into the condition of the family of the petitioner. iv. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 05.12.2024 the petitioner was posted to Tundari (Mul.) and thereafter again the Collector has passed a posting order dated 06.01.2025 by which he has been posted from Tahsil-Biiaigarh to Tahsil-Baramkela, Chhattisgarh.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to be interfered with.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

5. Considering the fact that two order have been passed within a short span, the petitioner is directed to file a appropriate representation before the concerned Collector and, in turn, the Collector is directed to decide the same within a period of two weeks.
6. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer
order dated 06.01.2025 is hereby stayed.
7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands
disposed of. Sd/-
