The petitioners are seeking for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider their representations dated 26.05.2025 (Annexures H, H1) and dated 02.06.2025 (Annexures J, J1), addressed to respondents no.2 and 3. 4. On a perusal of the aforesaid representations, it would indicate that, mutation entries in respect of the land which is granted in favour of the petitioners, vide Official Memorandum No.LND SR(1)81/1974-75, have not been effected in their names in the RTCs. since 2001. 5. In that view of the matter, respondents no.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners, as per Annexures H, H1 and J, J1, seeking to mutate their names in the RTCs., in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
