GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th & 5th respondent- Gram Panchayat is trying to dispossess him from the subject land admeasuring Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.211/1 situated in Naidupalem Village, Gudluru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without following due process of law. 2. Heard Sri C.Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat. 3. Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat on written instructions submitted that the Gram Panchayat is not interfering with the subject property as alleged by the petitioner and neither issued a notice to the petitioner nor tried to evict her from the subject property. As such prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. In the event if the respondent authorities have an intention to interfere with the subject property it is needless to observe that they have to follow due process of law. No costs.
