JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 1 In the instant petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order dated 20.12.2012 passed by the Writ Court, whereby the respondents were directed to consider one of the petitioners for engagement as Female Multipurpose Health Worker in Kheem, Udhampur, on the basis of merit and experience. 2 Mr. Raman Sharma AAG learned counsel for the respondents, while relying upon the record note of the meeting of Chief Planning Officer, Udhampur, Vice-Chairman, District Health Society, Udhampur and Chairman, District Health Society, Udhampur, submits that the claim of the petitioners has been considered in terms of the order of the Writ Court. A copy of the said record note of the meeting has been annexed with the writ petition as Annexure-B. 3 A perusal of the aforesaid record note of the meeting reveals that the case of the petitioners has been considered, and it has been decided that the case of the petitioners cannot be considered under NRHM norms. It was further decided that a fresh advertisement for the post of FMPHW would be issued, and in case the petitioner applies and comes in the merit list, her contractual appointment would be considered as per NRHM Norms. Sr. No. 64 4 In view of the aforesaid record note of the meeting, it is evident that the order dated 20.12.2012 passed by the writ Court stands complied with in its letter and spirit. 5 Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed of, and the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents are closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid record note of the meeting in accordance with law.
