This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... toto issue appropriate Writ, Order or direction more paticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondnets No.3 instigating the 4th respondent at the behest of Respondents No.5 to 7 harassing the petitioner to call for the police station to demand an amount of Rs.50 lakhs for family settlement with his wife, whereas the petitioner accuitted in SC No.212 of 2019 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Proddatur, Kadapa District registered under Section 498-A,494, 307, 506 R/w.Section 34 of IPC, Sec.3 and 4 of DP Act as arbitrary, illegal against Art.19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Double Jeopardy.”
2. Heard Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the spandana complaint received against the petitioner,

the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime is registered against the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
