KONA N.D.V.RAMANA RAO Counsel for the Respondent: PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Petition under Section 528 of BNSS., is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to Relax Condition No. (iv) Of the order dated 11-09-2025 in CrI.P. No. 9126 of 2025, by modifying the requirement of weekly attendance before the Station House Officer, Parawada Mandal Police Station, to appearance as and when directed by the Investigating Officer; The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated In the accompanying affidavit filed In support of the petition, condition No.(iv) imposed on the petitioners herein vide the order in CrI.P. No.9126 of 2025, dated 11.09.2025, directing them to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioners shall make themselves available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed. SD/- K.
