IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK ABLAPL No.10486 of 2025 1. K. Sankar Senapati 2. Manas Kumar Patra …. Petitioners Mr. L. Samantaray, Advocate -versus- State of Odisha …. Opposite Party Mr. C.R. Swain, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE V. NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 17.09.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.283 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C, Jagannath Prasad, arising out of Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No.183 of 2025 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2)/142/351(2)/304(2)/3(5) of BNS. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that since omnibus allegations have been made against the Petitioners, they may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 4. Such submission is opposed by the learned counsel for the State, inter alia, on the ground that the investigation is at a nascent stage. 5. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. 8. U.C.C. as per rules. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Soumya
