THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12456 of 2025 ORDER: The instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed by the Petitioner herein, Seeking quashment of the order dated 01.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2025 in MC. No.14 of 2023 passed by the learned Family- cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole.
2. On hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the material on record, this Court does not find any merit to warrant interference of this Court in the impugned order.
3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through V.C. seeks permission of this Court to not press the present petition.
4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
