Case of the prosecution is that, in brl-ef, is that as per the instructions of the Inspector of police, JR Puram, srjkakulam Dl'strict, the sub-Inspector of police, Laveru poII'Ce Station, srikakulam Dl'strict, along with his staff, went to BhI-maVaram, West Godavari and caught hold of Rapaka prabhakar @ prathap Reddy, who l's arrayed as accused in crime No.119 of 2024 of G.Sigadam police statl'on and all are went to prakashnagar p.s. to enquire about the other accused l'n the said crime. while they were returning to Srikakulam on the same day at about ll.30 P.M, near croma shopping Mall, RTC complex road, Rajamahendravaram, some unknown persons obstructed and assaulted them with cricket bats and sticks and also with hands and damaged the vehicles, snatched the case documents and robbed cash of Rs.10,000/-from the s.I of police and forcibly took away the vehicle keys and escaped from the Place along With Rapaka Prabhakar@prathap Reddy. 4. A perusal of the material goes tO Show that basing On the confessional statement of co-accused, the pet'ltioners herein were shown as accused in the present crime. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other material to connect the petitioners herein to the alleged cr'lme. Petit-loners herein were arrested on 17.12.2024 and since then, they are languishing in jail. Learned counsel for the petitioners Submits that the accused Nos.14,15,16 and 17 were already released on bail. 6. The learned Assistant Publ'lc Prosecutor submits that major part of the investigation is completed except filing of charge-sheet. 7. ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.7,9 & 10 herein, on the follow-lng conditions.
