On 28.11.2025, this Court passed the following order:
“No representation for the petitioner. Post next week under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 2. On 12.12.2025, this Court passed the following order:
“Despite the matter was posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’, today also none appeared for the petitioner. Post next week under the same caption.”
3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. 4. Heard arguments of Sri Prasad Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents. 5.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the impugned orders vide RC.No.956/2017/F dated 29.06.2017 were issued by the 2nd respondent whereunder the 2nd respondent directed the 3rd respondent to recover the amount of Rs.10,000/- per month from the salary of the petitioner. Admittedly, on 12.09.2017, this Court granted the interim suspension as prayed by the petitioner. 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished the written instructions, dated 28.11.2025 from the 3rd respondent whereunder, it is categorically stated that though the impugned order was issued but consequent to the interim suspension by this Court, till today no amount was recovered from the salary of the petitioner. He further undertakes that in future

Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader coupled with the written instructions, the writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
