The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was allotted Plot No. G-101, Site - 5, Kasana, Surajpur by U.P. State Industrial Development Authority in the year 2006. However, possession of the said plot was not delivered to the petitioner as it was stated to be in illegal possession of other persons. The petitioner was offered another plot vide offer letter dated 6.3.2019, to which the petitioner agreed to vide letter dated 11.7.2024. However, respondent no. 2 has not taken any decision in the matter so far. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the representation dated 11.7.2024. 2. Sri J.N. Maurya, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, does not oppose the prayer. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the representation dated 11.7.2024 in the light of the offer given to the petitioner vide letter dated 6.3.2019 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation and offer letter dated 6.3.2019.
