GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action the Respondent No.2 Respondent No.2 in not considering the representation dt. 29.09.2025 and failing to provide police protection with regard to the unlawful interference of Respondent 4 to 8 in the subject land of the Petitioner located in property situated at D. No. 5 -143, Near Indira Gandhi Primary Municipal School Bearing Survey no. 232/3 for an extent of 266.6 sq. yards in Mangalagiri Guntur District, as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to provide police protection as Petitioner herein is the Decree holder over the subject property in OS no. 202 of 2017 order dt. 20.08.2018.” 2. Heard Sri Kalakoti Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
