Case No. 189/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 111(2), 1113(3), 114(4), 115(5), 117(7), 308(2), 308(4), 308(5), 312(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 22.11.2024, two unknown persons had fired outside the premises of the informant to enforce the demand of Rangdari. The accused persons belonged to Sujit Sinha gang. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that two witnesses have identified the petitioner as a person present in the car, at the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the informant had taken Rs. 5 lakhs from the mother of the petitioner and just to save himself from making the payment, he has implicated the petitioner in this case. 5. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner is an accused in another case of similar nature. It was further submitted that the crores of rupees have been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
