This writ petition is accompanied with a recent document in a very illegible condition, therefore, any reliance on such document cannot be considered at this stage. 3. Petitioner’s promotional grade pay was earlier determined w.e.f. 13.07.2003, however, by an undated order it was re-determined only w.e.f. 01.04.2017. 4. It has rightly been pointed out by learned counsel for petitioner that said communication has not assigned any reason whatsoever. 5. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that District Basic Education Officer, Hathras will communicate reasons on which above referred decision was taken. Said communication shall be made within a period of three weeks from today and thereafter petitioner will have liberty to take available legal recourse.
