The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing non- payment of salary since his joining i.e. from April 2025 against the post of Assistant Teacher. 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the concerned respondent department has already dis-continued the employment of the petitioner with Directorate of Employment And Training (Training Side) and all the relevant documents have already been sent to the School Education Department therefore, grievances can be redressed by the School Education Department. To substantiate his submission, he has submitted a copy of the order dated 15.12.2025. 3. In view of the above, the School Education Department is directed to pay salary to the petitioner for the month of April, 2025 till today within 15 days for the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter it will be paid regularly as per service condition applicable to the petitioner. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of. 5. A copy of order dated 15.12.2025 submitted by learned counsel for the State is taken on record.
