Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal issue involved in the case has already been adjudicated upon; Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure P-9 for the redressal of her grievances raised in the writ petition, but till date the same has not been adjudicated upon; Petitioner would be satisfied in case competent authority is directed to decide the said representation, in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 The above is not objected to by learned Additional Advocate General. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner at Annexure P-9, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
