The Court made the following:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 3 and 6 in calling the Petitioner to their office for re verification of the family member certificate without issuing any prior notice to the Petitioner, despite the fact that the said family member certificate was already issued on 18.06.2025 after following due process of law. Such action of the Respondents is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of Indiaand Consequently, direct Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 not to call the Petitioner to their office for re-verification of the Family Member Certificate bearing No. FAMC012503629626 dated 18.06.2025 without issuing prior notice to the Petitioner and to pass…’
