Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner hunted a wild deer illegally and processed its flesh for eating. It is then submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is all false and those allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that the co-accused with similar allegations have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 20.01.2025 passed in ABA no. 168 of 2025.
