None appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. 2. Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 14.09.1984 passed by Sri N.S. Shamshery, II Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut in Sessions Trial No. 326 of 1982, convicting the appellants under Sections 302/34, 201/34 IPC and sentencing them to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC and to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years for the offence under Section 201/34 IPC. 3. By earlier order dated 26.09.2018, the appeal filed on behalf of appellant no.2 - Smt. Murti has been declared abated. 4. In compliance to the last order, the learned CJM, Meerut vide his communication dated 28.07.2025 has reported that appellant no.1 - Mangey died on 13.03.2025. 5.
