Petitioners are not against the selection of the Home Guards in the selection held by the U.P. Police Recruitment, 2023 and are only demanding filling up of quota of 5% vacancies reserved for Home Guards. No notices are required to be issued to the selected candidates to have been impleaded in the representative capacity at this stage.
