Also heard Ms. Kotharu Vijayeswari, learned counsel representing the respondent. 2. Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2018 passed in W.P No.42 of 2018, the present contempt case is filed. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of, with a direction to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar therein to consider the petitioner’s application for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject matter lands. 4. A counter-affidavit was filed by the respondent herein on 18.08.2018, in which an endorsement dated 20.03.2018 was enclosed. 5. From a reading of the said endorsement, it is discernible that pursuant to the orders passed in the writ petition, the respondent herein considered the application made by the petitioner and rejected the same by assigning the reasons. 6. In view of the same, this Court see no violation much less willful disobedience of the orders passed in the writ petition. Hence, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
