The records reveal that final arguments are going on. 4. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator has been extended on an earlier occasion as well. 5. Under such circumstances, for ends of justice the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of six months 2 from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his Award. 6.
