Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. A perusal of the complaint shows that there was a money transaction between the petitioner/defacto complainant and the accused and the dispute is civil in nature. However, there is a recital in the complaint that when the petitioner asked the accused the repay the amount, the accused gave life threat by stating that he would take away their life by engaging Goondas and except the said recital, there is no ingredient for criminal offence. 4.
