01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
“In the circumstances mentioned above, the petitioner therefore most humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application. And if the Opp. Parties are failed to show cause or show insufficient cause this Hon'ble Court further be pleased to make the said Rule NISI absolute and issue an appropriate writ (s) as per law according to the fact and circumstances of the present case.” Digitally Signed Signed by: LITARAM MURMU Reason: Authentication Location: OHC Date: 12-Sep-2025 18:15:35 Signature Not Verified

4. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the State submits that a clear statutory remedy of appeal is available against the impugned order dated 01.08.2025/Annexure-4 passed by the Estate Officer G.A. & P.G. Department. Hence, the Petitioner should approach the Appellate Authority. 5. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this Writ Petition. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to file an appeal along with a petition for condonation of delay, if any, so also a petition for interim protection before the appropriate Appellate Authority, within a period of 10 working days hence. In such event, the Appellate Authority shall conclude the hearing within a period of three months from the date of filing of the appeal. 6. It is further directed that till the interim application to be filed by the Petitioner is taken up, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the impugned order under Annexure-4 issued by the Estate Officer, G.A. and P.G. Department. 7. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. ( Dr.
