The petitioner is alleged to have sent objectionable photograph of the victim in the mobile phone of her brother-in-law. The petitioner has also threatened her husband that he should sent the victim to him otherwise he will make the photographs viral. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage.
