(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to the official respondent to get an independent inquiry conducted, to look into the illegal acts committed by respondents No.4 to 6, on 29.04.2025, i.e. abusing and humiliating the petitioner by forcibly trespassing into his office and criminally intimidating him and further for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 30.04.2025 (Anneuxre P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner was unanimously elected as President of Muslim Sabha, Ambala Cantt. On 29.04.2025, respondents No.4 to 6 abused and humiliated the petitioner after illegally and forcibly entering into his office. Thereafter, the petitioner was dragged out of his office and was forcibly taken in the police vehicle. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he would be satisfied if the representation dated 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), which had already been moved by the petitioner is looked into.
