HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32069 WP No. 12139 of 2022
ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.7 in M.C.No.4254/2018 dated 16.04.2022 by the VI Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had granted maintenance of an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to the wife.
2. The parties are referred to as husband and wife for the sake of convenience.
3. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 01.07.2022 had passed an order granting stay of the order dated 16.04.2022 on the condition that the husband shall pay maintenance of an amount of Rs.6,000/- per month instead of Rs.10,000/- per month as ordered by the Family Court.
4.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/wife submits that the petitioner/husband has not complied with the interim order passed by this Court. In spite of an order passed by the Family Court on 16.04.2022, still the respondent/wife has not received any maintenance amount.

6. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the material on record. This Court cannot consider any of the grounds raised by the petitioner/husband. The MC itself is filed in the year 2018, the interim order is passed in the year
2022. Till the year 2025, the petitioner/husband is enjoying the interim order granted by this Court without complying with the same. In that view of the matter this Court do not want to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. ii. All I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
