Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2025.12.19 18:59:38 +0530 2 was charge-sheeted on 15.03.2022 and inquiry has been completed wherein out of 8 charges, 6 charges have not been found proved and 2 charges have been partially proved, but the respondents have not taken any decision on the inquiry report submitted by the inquiry authority causing delay in retiral dues. 3. Let the respondent State take decision within outer limit of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.
