Son of petitioner by name Kuchi Sai Teja got selected under the scheme of Videshi Vidya Deevana for studying Masters in Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering in University of Windsor in Canada and completed his studies in the year 2019. It is further submitted that onsite vigilance enquiry was completed in the year 2021 and relevant documents were also submitted for final clearance. Inspite of the same, the respondent Nos.1 to 5 failed to release the sanctioned fund. Hence, this Writ Petition. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, submitted the proceedings of the Managing Director of AP State Economically Backward Classes Welfare and Development Corporation, 3. SRK, J WP No.33467 of 2023 ■ 4 Vijayawada, which shows that Teja is eligible and sanction i for release of amounts. In view of the aforesaid facts petitioner’s son namely Kuchi Sai is accorded and they are taking steps 4. and circumstances and as there is no dispute that the petitioner’s son is eiigibie for reiease Of sanctioned amount, the respondents are directed to release the sanctioned amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten iakhs oniy) to the son of the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
