1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order, or direction, particularly a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, specifically Respondent No.2, 3 and 4, to forthwith take necessary steps for the immediate release of the Second Installment of the financial assistance sanctioned to the Petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
10.2. That any other reliefs which this Hon’ble High Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was identified to be a beneficiary of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna and according to conditions she was allotted first installment in her name for construction of house. From amount disbursed in her favour of first installment, she completed work upto plinth level and became entitled for release of second installment, however, second installment is not released in her bank account as she could not satisfy illegal demand made by Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondents
3 No.2 to 4 for disbursement of second installment.

Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner he has no objection.

On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting anything on merits of case, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondents No.2 to 4 to consider representation submitted by petitioner and to issue necessary instructions to concerned authority for disbursement of second installment of amount under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna for construction of under construction house of petitioner in dispute subject to verification of facts and stage at which, installment under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna is to be disbursed.
