This Court, vide order dated 22.07.2025, passed in CRR No. 884/2025, while allowing the revision filed by the petitioner, namely, Hariom Sahu, had directed the the Family Court to conclude the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC, preferably within a period of two months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, District – Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 28.11.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings under Section 125 of RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 CrPC. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC is at the stage of cross-examination of the petitioner namely Hariom Sahu/husband, and due to non-cooperation of the petitioner before the Family Court, the proceedings of the Family Court in the present matter is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the proceedings under Section 125 of CrPC as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 02 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
