The writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 11.03.2025. Contending that the direction given by this Court has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Chitra Devi submitted that the third respondent had preferred an appeal before the Government under section 80(A) of the Act.
