1. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 555/2023, dated 15.06.2023, lodged at Police Station Nangloi, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Tahir Ali, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, he seeks directions for expeditious conclusion of the proceedings before the Sessions Court.
