"A" Block, Brigade Gateway Apartment, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar 2nd Stage, Malleshwaram, Bangalore - 560 055 so as to

allow the Petitioner to collect certain documents. (b) Pass such other orders that this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice and equity."

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Veeresh R. Budihal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, wherein it is submitted by the learned counsel representing respondent No.2 that the possession of the property in question has been taken, in terms of the order dated 20.11.2023 in Miscellaneous Case No.1106/2023, by the Special Court constituted under the Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial
