Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the GVMC, upon written instructions, submits that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in demolishing the unauthorized construction of the 3rd respondent cannot be considered at this point of time, as the 3rd respondent has regularized the construction under the BPS Scheme. 3.
