This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief: …” to issue an Order or a Direction or a Writ more in the nature of Writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 herein in not conducting the Survey of the Petitioner's land admeasuring 200 square yards in Plot No.1C covered under Survey No.363/1 situated at Kolamuru Village, RajamahendravaramRural Mandal, East Godavari District on the pretext of pendency of Civil suit filed by the Respondents 6 and 7 herein as arbitrary, autocratic, illegal and against principles of natural justice consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 herein to conduct survey and fix boundaries of the petitioners property covered under R.S.No.363/1 basing on the requisition dt. 9.8.2021 under EAG202108093710 in the interest of justice and pass”

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a Spandana application dated 09.08.2021 seeking conduct of survey in respect of the petitioner’s land admeasuring 200 square yards in Plot No. 1C, covered by Survey No. 363/1, situated at Kolamuru Village, Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal, East Godavari District.
However, till date, the respondents have neither considered the said application nor undertaken the survey. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondents will consider the Spandana application dated 09.08.2021 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to

consider the Spandana application dated 09.08.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned or if it is in order conduct survey as per the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of four(4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
