Presence of Shri Anurag Dixit, Consolidation Officer, Bareilly is exempted. The original holdings of the petitioner are situated in Gata No. 07, 118, 142, 157 and the total land area comprised therein is 0.373 hectare. After the consolidation proceedings the following gatas were allotted to the petitioner: 142, 143, 144 comprising 0.141 hectares. The second set of gatas which were allotted to the petitioner were 117 and 118 comprising 0.197 hectares. All the gatas are contiguous with the original holdings of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that his tube well was located in Gata No. 142. The original share of the petitioner in Gata No. 142 was 1/8. The Gata No. 143 and 144 are adjacent to Gata No. 142 and together constitute a contiguous chak. The land so allotted to the pettioner is abutting a chak road and a source of irrigation is also situated therein. The other chak of the petitioner in 117. A plot no. 118 which is contiguous with 117 has been provided to the petitioner which also makes it fit for agricultural purposes. Incidentally the plot nos. 117 and 118 are also abutting the road. In this manner the petitioner has been duly compensated after looking at all relevant conditions in line with the relevant Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashutosh Prasad Shukla, Diwanshu Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Sher Bahadur Singh Prathviraj .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 9 Others .....Respondent(s) provisions of Section 19 of the U.P.C.H. Act. No interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
