Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, Instructions dated 24.05.2025 received from the respondent No.4/Regional Manager, U.P.S.R.T.C Varanasi placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. 2. On the basis of the aforesaid Instructions, it is argued by learned counsel for the respondents-corporation that for the purpose of execution of the award dated 23.03.2021 passed by the respondent No.3/Presiding Officer, Labour Court, U.P. Varanasi, an application under Section 6-H(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has already been moved by the petitioner on 229.08.2023 is still pending. and in place of approaching this Court, the petitioner should approach the respondent No.2/Deputy Labour Commissioner Varanasi Region Varanasi for its expeditious disposal. 3. In response to the same, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter and prays to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid application/case most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
