Heard Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard U.K.S. Chandel, learned Dy. A.G.for the respondents/ State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- I. Quash and set aside the FIR bearing Crime No. 116/2025 dated 29.03.2025 in Crime No. 116/2025 for offence punishable under section 191 (2), 331 (6), 324 (4), 326 (g), 296, 351 (2), 190 of B.N.S. (Annexure-P/1). II. Quash and set aside the Final Report No. 225/2025 dated 20.08.2025 in Crime No. 116/2025 for the offence punishable under section 190, 191 (2), 331(6), 324 (4), 326(g), 296, 151 (2) of B.N.S.. (Annexure-P/2). III. Quash and set aside the Cognizance order dated 25.08.2025 taken Korba (C.G.) in by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pali, Distt Criminal Case No. 1103/2025 presently pending before Second Additional Session Judge, Katghora Distt (Annexure-P/3) Korba (C.G.). IV Quash the entire criminal proceedings arising out of Crime No. 116/2025 for offences punishable under section 190, 191 (2). 331(6), 324 (4), 326(g), 296, 151 (2) of B.N.S., 2023 pending before Second 3 Additional Session Judge, Katghora Distt Korba (C.G.) registered as Criminal Case no. 1103/2025 against the petitioner. V. Pass such order or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit, proper and just in the fact and circumstances of the present case, to secure the ends of justice.” 3. After arguing for some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the grounds/ objections before the competent authority at appropriate stage. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copies of the FIR, charge-sheet, and other documents, if any, may be returned to the petitioner after retaining photocopies of the same.
