1. The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India against non-compliance of the order dated 14.02.2025 (Annexure C/1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 8586/2019 and WP(S) No. 3137/2024 by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that order dated 14.02.2025 (Annexure C/1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 8586/2019 and WP(S) No. 3137/2024 has been complied with by MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2025.12.19 11:12:34 +0530
2 paying the amount of full pension and all retiral dues to the petitioner. To substantiate his submission he has submitted copy of
order dated 25.11.2025.
3. Since the order has already been complied, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this juncture. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse available to him under the law if grievances still survive.
4. With aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty in favour of the petitioner.
