This petition was filed in the year 2023. 4. Mr. Shashank Upadhyaya, learned counsel appearing for C.B.S.E. submits that the relief as claimed by petitioners do not survive as the students were permitted to be shifted from Lucent International School to some other schools. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for C.B.S.E., the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
