The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and set-aside the order dated 17.08.2022 passed in CRIMINAL MJC No386/2019, passed by the Family Court, Kawardh (Kabirdham)(G) looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. ” 2.
