After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Atul Kumar Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Suresh Dhar Dwivedi, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
